French Braid Meets Africa This quilt was made for a friend we made in Africa. It has just gone to be machine quilted, then will start it's journey to Kenya. This quilt was a labor of love. I loved making the French braids. The focal fabric between is silhouettes of African animals. I love that fabric. It so reminds me of being in Kenya! I hope our friend loves this quilt as much as I loved making it for him!
